BEGINNING AND END OF STAY

Stays normally begin on Saturday and end on Saturday, unless other specific indications. In the price list for each room or apartment accomodation has been reported the entry and the exit time within which the stay must start and end. Normally the accomodations are available from 7 p.m. of the entrance day to 10 a.m. of the departure day.

Should any problem occur to be later than the days or time indicated, we immediately request to inform our agency or directly the estate or the hotel booked.

THE ACCOMODATIONS

We have selected different kind of accomodations, such as: farmhouses, holiday homes and hotels.

Refering to each one, we suggest to read the "TTE's suggestion" by which we intend to highlight the main distinguished features as quality, position, hospitality and other characteristic elements. Furthermore, our opinion is based on respect of price and quality, even if we have tried to give an unbiassed opinion, the judgement has been often a difficult task, as each premise has a peculiar environement with a relevant scale of values. Selections and descriptions have been carried out with pesonnal checks and visits, made up directly with the estate owners or the hotel managers, should any change occur after this publication and not known by us, must be immediately pointed out.

SYMBOLS

Our practical knowledge tells us that clearer is the proposal, easier is to make a choise. As we thought to put on some symbols to the accomodations and services which underlines their most significant features. The symbols are classified by: "Quality of the accomodation"; "Communal facilities" what is available to everybody; "Apartments or Rooms" according to the kind of accomodation; "Suggested for" underlines the local kind of accomodation and helps to make easier the single choise. Where no symbols are indicated we meant that the kind of accomodation has a good compared quality and price without remarkable characteristics.

THE PRICES

Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and they are per person when refering to the accomodation rooms or per apartment, unless some other specific indications.

Prices includ: everything specified in the price list, according to the accomodation either in rooms or apartments. They includ all the services mentioned in the list, as for istance: swimming pool use, tennis cout, table tennis etc.

Prices not includ: everything not explicitly mentioned in the price list, they exclude everything not really specified in the price list and always personnal expences as extras, tips, transfers, uses where indicated and everything else not pointed out under: "price includs".

Redutions,supplements and special offers: they are applicable only where mentioned.

Prices validity: from 1/12/2001 to 30/11/2002

SAFE HOLIDAYS

The client can pay the optional enrolement fee at the reservation time, which includs a special insurance policy for cancellation garantee, luggage and assistance. All the conditions are detailed on the Insurance Policy page.

IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS

In the event of difficulties or problems during the stay, we urge you to contact immediatly our agency on the spot. It is the only way we can attend with a prompt action. Complaints will not be accepted on the return as for duties pertaining to our office and where necessary we will be at the guest disposal. Of course it is excluded everything caused by circustances beyond our control (for further informations see on page of General Conditions).

THE EXCURSIONS

Excursions are on payment. Assistants lead guests along the selected trip making them known about all the details and providing to give them all the informations needed. Booking can be made by your agency at the stay reservation time or on the spot by our office every Monday morning. Special week-ends or tours can be booked only in advance by your agency. There is a minimum number of participants for every excursion so time by time each of one will be reconfirmed.
